Understanding The Role Of The Holy Spirit (Holy Ghost)

Some Major Roles Of The Holy Spirit

3.      He is Our Guide
John 16:13 - However, when he, the Spirit of true knowledge, has come, he will be your guide into all true knowledge: for his words will not come from himself, but whatever has come to his hearing, that he will say: and he will make clear to you the things to come. (BBE).

Why We Honour Our Parents

(Another Translation says) But if any man among you is without wisdom, let him make his request to God, who gives freely to all without an unkind word, and it will be given to him.

Power Against Mysterious Oppressions

What is a mystery?

·        Strange, peculiar, Occult, Unnatural, Unrevealed

·        Deep, beyond the power of human brain to understand.
A man is a fool if he thinks that his brain can understand all around him.

Ephesians 1:9 - Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself:

Ephesians 5:32 - This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church.

Conclusion: We live in a very mysterious world.
Every Christian is expected to live mysterious
John 3:8 - The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

Satan has many mysterious weapons organized against the believers

1.     Uncontrollable sexual desire (bed wetting)

2.     Evil dreams

3.     Invisible Loads

4.     Invisible presence

5.     Unreasonable hatred

6.     Unexplainable stagnation etc

How to start operating in the mysterious

1.     Be born again

2.     Be lead by the Holy Spirit

3.     Speak Mysterious Language
2 Corinthians 14:2 - For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for no man understandeth him; howbeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries.

Mark 16:17 - And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues

Satan understands all languages; but he does not understand Holy Spirit Mysteries.

We use tongues to condemn our adversaries
Isaiah 54:17 - No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn.
