TEXT: Isaiah 10: 27 - And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing.

BIBLICAL CHARACTERS:  Jesus – He was anointed by God – ACTS 10:38 - How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.

MEMORY VERSE:
Psalms 89:20 - I have found David my servant; with my holy oil have I anointed him:

Objective: Help the children understand that the anointing sets free

Why The Anointing Break Yokes

1.     No power stronger than the anointing of God –
Isaiah 49: 24 - 26 -
24 Shall the prey be taken from the mighty, or the lawful captive delivered?

25 But thus saith the LORD,
Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away,
and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered:
 for I will contend with him that contendeth with thee, and I will save thy children.

26 And I will feed them that oppress thee with their own flesh;
 and they shall be drunken with their own blood, as with sweet wine:
 and all flesh shall know that I the LORD am thy Saviour and thy Redeemer, the mighty One of Jacob.
