Why We Celebrate
1.We celebrate the Life(breath) God has given us –
Psalms 30:11 -
Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD.
2.We celebrate the good things God has done for us.
Nehemiah 8:10 -
Then he said unto them, Go your way, eat the fat, and drink the sweet, and send portions unto them for whom nothing is prepared: for this day is holy unto our Lord: neither be ye sorry; for the joy of the LORD is your strength.

3.We celebrate to make our hearts happy and glad-
Proverbs 17: 22 -
A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.
4.We celebrate to Access breakthroughs in areas we had stagnated –
Isaiah54:1, 3 –

1 Sing, O barren, thou that didst not bear; break forth into singing, and cry aloud, thou that didst not travail with child: for more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married wife, saith the LORD.
3 For thou shalt break forth on the right hand and on the left; and thy seed shall inherit the Gentiles, and make the desolate cities to be inhabited. I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

BIBLICAL TRUTH: Celebration makes our hearts glad which in turn makes us healthy – Proverbs 17:22
