The Joy Of Salvation
TEXT: Isaiah 12:3 - Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.

BIBLICAL CHARACTERS
:  David – He knew the joy of salvation and he prayed God to restore the Joy to him - Psalms 51:12 - Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.

MEMORY VERSE:

- The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tabernacles of the righteous:

Objective: Help the children learn about the joy that is brought to us by salvation

Why Salvation Brings Joy
  1. Salvation Gives Us Everlasting Life
    John 3:12 -
    For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

  2. Salvation Gives Us Power To Become Sons Of God.
    John 1:12 -
    But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

  3. Salvation Gives Us Abundant Life Here On Earth
    John 10:10 -
    The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

  4. Salvation Redeems Us From The Slavery of Sin
    Isaiah 51:11 -
    Therefore the redeemed of the LORD shall return, and come with singing unto Zion; and everlasting joy shall be upon their head: they shall obtain gladness and joy; and sorrow and mourning shall flee away.
